Though i can help as a volunteer and complete what is required of me. I often think of ending it all. I lost my young Brother in 1997. Through suicide! Though it often feels like yesterday! Someone that can be their for those who need a hand.
I do try to help within my Community
I have been diagnosed with Bipolar
I plan things & at the last minute
Cancel.
I can be going reallt well.
Then something triggers it.
Then down i go.
I try to eat healthy
Exercise
Though when i feel that low coming on.
I redirect go & complete something that needs to be finished.
I am not truly happy where i live
& thinking of moving back to where i come from.
I have lived here now just over three years.
I know down deep in my heart.
It wouldnt matter where i live.
I can not run away from who i am.
I thought life would be great when i moved here.
Though the bipolar is with me.
Like my shadow 😞
